A NEW playground offers youngsters in Kenilworth the chance to have some fun.
The play area is at the new Stoneleigh View developement, off Glasshouse Lane, which will see 620 homes built over the next four years – half of which will be available for social rent, shared ownership or private rental.
Stoneleigh View is the result of a collaboration between developer Vistry Group, Warwick District Council and the authority’s own housing company Milverton Homes.
WDC neighborhood services spokesman Coun Will Roberts said: “The
new playground is a great asset for residents who are part of this growing community in Kenilworth.
“We hope that the families living here will enjoy using the facilities and it will become a sociable and well used meeting point.”
