THE FORMER Co-op building in Leamington town centre is to be converted into student accommodation with shops below.
The three-storey Warwick Street building, which has been empty since it closed in 2015, will see four flats, with a total of 24 bedrooms, created on the upper two floors.
The ground floor will be made into into shop space.
