PLANS to build 90 homes near Kenilworth have been given the green light.
Developers Cala Homes applied to build on the corner of Red Lane and Hob Lane in Burton Green.
The development of two, three, four and five bedroom properties will also include a village green, playing field and drop-off point for adjoining Burton Green Primary School.
A number of objections had been received against the development, with Burton Green Parish Council raising concerns about parking and a reduction in the size of green space. Some residents also objected to the development saying there are already enough homes in the area.
