PLANS have been submitted to turn a Leamington home into a house in multiple occupation (HMO).
The owner recently purchased 34 Fremund Way in Sydenham and now hopes to turn it into a five bedroom HMO. The three-storey house was previously a family home.
Council officers have not yet made a decision on the application.
