Stirring up trouble in Warwick for Halloween

NEWTS and bats were on their guard in Warwick this Halloween.

A Potion Quest family trail at Market Hall Museum was part of a spine-tingling line up of events across the town for the half-term holidays.

Young and old got their cauldrons out and explored the museum for objects that could be used to stir up magic potions and spells.

Meanwhile at St John’s Haunted House families could follow the tale of Rapunzel and the Witch, explore the transformed rooms of the house and embark on a spooky trail through the woods past Rapunzel’s tower.

There was also a chance for youngsters to get hands-on with slime-making, potion brewing, and messy play, while adults enjoyed refreshments from the onsite coffee van.
