Students support Warwick food bank

COMPASSIONATE students have been making a difference to families in need.

Sixth formers from Park College, part of North Leamington School, took part in a food drive to collect donations for Warwick District Food Bank.

They organised collections over three weeks for donations of toiletries, tins, jars and dried foods which are in desperate need.

Over 140kg of goods was donated and collected from the school by the charity.

A school spokeswoman said: “The school is extremely proud of all students who give up their time to support our charity drives in school, with the work of staff and students being recognized as making a real difference to the lives of others.”
