TRINITY Catholic School in Leamington has appointed a new headteacher.
Bridget Morris, who began her teaching career 20 years ago, originally qualifying as a maths teacher, will take over in September.
Mrs Morris is an experienced headteacher whose recent roles as a leader in schools in Coventry and in the Black Country have provided invaluable experience in the day to day
Mrs Morris said: “I have a clear vision for the future provision of Catholic secondary
education in the Leamington area and will continue and expand upon the excellent work initiated by my colleagues in Our Lady of Lourdes MAC”
Tom Leverage, Catholic senior executive leader, welcomed Mrs Morris.
He said: “Mrs Morris’s passion and experience will be invaluable in continuing to support the growth and development of Trinity Catholic School. I am confident that Mrs Morris will make an immediate impact on the school community and lead the school into becoming a centre of excellence for the area”
“We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Gerald O’Connor for his support since the beginning of the year. In September, Mr O’Connor will return full time to his role as Principal of Saint Augustine’s Catholic High.”
