RESIDENTS are being asked for their views on car park closures in Leamington.
In preparation for the proposed relocation of Warwick District Council’s headquarters and redevelopment of the Covent Garden area of the town centre with new residential, office and parking facilities the council is planning to close the Covent Garden multi-storey and surface car-parks for two years from summer 2018.
The council is making plans to manage the impact of the temporary loss of parking and find ways to minimise disruption to residents, businesses and visitors.
And council chiefs are asking for feedback via an online survey available on the council’s website until September 8.
