Warwickshire Pride's Got Talent set to be 'bigger and better than ever'

ORGANISERS of this year’s Warwickshire Pride’s Got Talent say this year’s contest will be bigger and better than ever.

The talent competition will see performers show off their skills in front of a panel of judges – including drag queen Sassi Afrika – and a live audience.

The contest will take place at Leamington’s Episode Hotel on Upper Holly Walk on Friday June 30 at 7pm, with the champion winning a headline slot at the Warwickshire Pride festival in August.

Chair of trustees Daniel Browne said: “Warwickshire Pride’s Got Talent is back, bigger and better than ever before.

“Contestant applications are now open and we welcome any type of performer. Whatever your talent, ability or experience, we want to hear from you.”

Tickets cost £5 with all proceeds going towards the festival.
