A WOMAN in her 80s was seriously injured after being hit by a car in Kenilworth.
She was walking along Warwick Road near to the junction of Waverley Road when she was hit by the driver of a red/orange Citroen C1.
She suffered serious injuries to her leg and foot, but these are not believed to be life-threatening.
The road was closed but re-opened shortly afterwards.
Anyone who saw what happened or has mobile phone/dashcam footage should contact Warwickshire Police quoting incident number 131 of 7 July.
