Youngsters art work goes on display at Leamington's smallest art gallery

THE SMALLEST art gallery in Leamington has welcomed the work of some of the town’s youngest artists.

Pupils in year 4 and 5 at Clapham Terrace Community Primary School and Nursery visited the Art Box to see their work on display.

The Art Box – previously a telephone box in Clarendon Avenue – is the town’s smallest art gallery and the school pupils’ art work has been put up there for all the community to view.

The children were inspired by pop artist Andy Warhol, creating either colourful masterpieces in oil pastels or self portraits using primary colours.

The work is on show until October half-term.

More information on Art Box can be found on Facebook at “Art Box, Leamington”.
