LEAMINGTON will host League Two side Shrewsbury Town in a pre-season friendly ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.
The club confirmed a friendly between the two teams would take place after Shrewsbury signed Brakes forward Cally Stewart in January.
As part of the transfer agreement, Shrewsbury confirmed they would play the Brakes before the start of the 2025/26 season.
And the match will take place on Saturday, July 12 with kick-off at 3pm at the Your Co-Op Community Stadium.
Stewart departed Leamington when top of the National League North goalscoring charts with 14 goals.
The striker scored 37 goals in 74 games for the Brakes and helped the club achieve promotion from the Southern League Premier Central.
He made a three-step jump to join League One Shrewsbury.
However, Salop finished bottom of the table to suffer relegation and will play in League Two next season.
He is yet to score for Shrewsbury in 15 appearances most of which has come from the bench.
Leamington will also play Nuneaton Town on Tuesday, July 22 with kick-off at 7.45pm at The Oval.
And the Brakes will then make the short trip to Racing Club Warwick on Saturday, July 26 with kick-off at 3pm at Townsend Meadow.
