KARTING star Harry Graham will look to secure the BirelArtUK Series title next month at Whilton Mill in the final round of the championship.
The North Leamington School student leads the way in the series by 15 points going into the title decider in Daventry on November 3 and November 4.
Graham goes into the final races on the back of a disappointing finish at Shenington Circuit, Banbury.
He qualified on pole position and in the heat race he managed to win.
In the pre-final, Graham got off to a poor start and dropped down the grid, eventually coming home in fifth place.
There was further disappointment in the final as Graham tangled with Morgan Cole on lap five, dropping the Leamington rider down to 17th place and ten seconds off the lead.
Graham made his way back through the pack and finished in ninth after being handed a two-place penalty for the collision with Cole.
“With one round (three races) left to go, it’s going to down to the wire,” said Graham.
“Fingers crossed I keep the lead and maybe better racing decisions need to be made.”
