CLAVERDON RFC conceded a last gasp try to draw 34-34 with Bromyard after their opponents missed a conversion attempt to win the game.
The visitors made a strong start and dominated in open play before full-back Hilton Garner-Jones ran in an early try.
And wingers James Gibney and Josh Evans added further tries as the half wore on to send Claverdon into the break with the lead.
However, Bromyard hit back each time Claverdon crossed the line before a breakaway try from fly-half James Williams and a powerful drive by George Hazard put the visitors in command once again.
Bromyard responded with a try out wide in the corner, in the final play of the game, to level the scores only for the conversion to drift narrowly wide of the posts.
The result leaves Claverdon in eighth place in the Counties 2 Midlands West (South) table.
Claverdon are next in action at home to Burbage on Saturday, October 29 with kick-off at 3pm at Ossetts Hole Lane.
