SPA Striders’ Chris Wilson and Claire Murphy took part in the undulating Badgers Atherstone 10k in rather bleak conditions.
Wilson clocked a time of 42 minutes while Murphy crossed the line in fourth with a time off 44:20.
Keith Wilson took on the Peak Trails 30-mile challenge in an impressive six hours and three minutes.
Ian Allen completed his first Ironman in Vichy in an unbelievable time of ten hours and 15 mins.
Finally, three teams of Striders took part in the Triathlon relays in Nottingham.
Keeping it relay (James Jaycock, Vicki Smith, Mike Pugh and Steve Hession) finished in 26th place out of 184 teams with a combined time of 3:53:27.
Scrambled Legs (Jerry Shapely, Helen Pugh, Hartwig Busch and Doug Rattray) was 124th finishing in 4:17:25. Worst Pace Scenario (Gethyn Friswell, Ruth Tennant, Andy Sillman, and Adam Notley) came home 132nd in 4:26:39.
