Appeal for information after four incidents of indecent exposure reported across Warwick and Leamington

POLICE are appealing for information about four indecent exposure incidents across Warwick and Leamington which are believed to be linked.

In each instance it is reported a man has approached women, spoken to them and them exposed himself. There have been no physical attacks.

Incidents were reported on February 25 at 6.40am by the junction of Franklin Road and Landor Road in Whitnash, the next took place at around 5.45am on March 2 on Gainsborough Drive.

Another incident was reported to have taken place at around 5.45am on March 16 on St Mary’s Road in the direction of Sydenham, and another around the same time on March 25 by the walkway to Pericles Close by Ophelia Drive on Warwick Gates.




The suspect is described as between 6ft and 6ft 5in and thought to be in his 20s or 30s, with dark hair. It’s believed he travels on foot.

Det Insp Ruby Nailor said: “We have reviewed all of the above offences and currently believe they may have been committed by the same suspect.


“As such, we’re appealing to anyone who may have been in the stated locations at the time and witnessed any suspicious activity, or who may have dashcam or doorbell footage in these areas.

“Officers are conducting additional patrols in these areas and a number of enquiries are currently ongoing.”
