Man charged following argument which left man with facial injuries

A MAN has been charged with wounding and possession of a blade following an argument in Leamington

The victim, a man in his 30s, suffered facial injuries, believed to have been caused by a bladed object, in the incident in Packington Place around 5pm on Saturday (March 2).

Joel Watts. 28-years-old of Kenilworth Road, Leamington, was charged with wounding and possession of an offensive weapon.

He has appeared at Leamington Magistrates’ Court and will appear at Warwickshire Justice Centre on Monday April 1.
