AN APPEAL has been lodged after councillors refused permission for new homes in Warwick on a former industrial site.
Developers were looking to build 29 homes, together with parking and landscaping, on the old Tamlea Building premises on Nelson Lane.
But concern was raised about the possible disturbance to residents of the new homes from neighbouring industry.
Extra pressure on everything from roads to local schools had also raised concern.
Warwick District Council plans committee refused the application in March.
