ALE aficionados will be descending on Warwick Racecourse for the town’s annual beer, cider and music festival.
Thirsty punters can choose from 85 barreled beers and 30 different ciders, including CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ale) award winners.
Some 2,500 are expected at the two-day event, organised by Warwick Court Leet, on July 21 and 22.
Spokesman Alan Lettis said: “We’ve seen connoisseurs travel from across the country to visit us and we have had to increase the amount of alcohol we have due to the high demand.”
One of the most anticipated beers is Fernandes Brewery’s Black Voodoo. The Yorkshire micro-brewery only sells five barrels a month of the prize beer – and one of those is coming to Warwick.
Last year, the event raised more than £10,000 for local charities.
Tickets cost £5 and include a free commemorative glass.
