A CRAFTING couple from Cubbington have brought biblical scenes to life through the medium of wool.
An exhibition at Radford Road Methodist in Leamington will depict scenes from the Bible, knitted by Jenny Clarke.
Among the scenes at the exhibition, running from April 4 to 7, are the birth of Jesus, The Last Supper and scenes from the Old Testament.
Jenny has spent months knitting all the individual characters and husband David has constructed and painted the backdrops for each scene.
URC minister, Reverend James Church said: “This exhibition is a labour of love by Jenny and David Clarke – 26 scenes from the Old and New Testament, representing timeless stories of faith, brought to life through Jenny’s beautiful handiwork.”
Admission is free but donations will be gratefully received.
