A BURGLAR has pleaded guilty to stealing sentimental items and jewellery from a Radford Semele home.

Liam O’Rourke, of Stanton Walk, Warwick, admitted to the house burglary after breaking into a property on Lewis Road on March 16.

The 34-year-old pleaded guilty at Warwickshire Magistrates’ Court. He will be sentenced at Warwick Crown Court on Wednesday April 24.

Det Con Paul Luke said: “A burglary in someone’s home is a very distressing crime, and we will always take swift action against those responsible.

“In this case, the suspect was identified, arrested and put before the courts within a short time period. I hope this shows how seriously we treat these offences.”
