A STOLEN car has been found in Leamington.
The vehicle was reported as stolen from Coventry on Sunday (August 16) and was found in Leamington at around 9pm the following day by officers on patrol on pushbikes.
A 43 year-old man from Coventry was arrested on suspicion of taking a motor vehicle without consent.
He has been interviewed and released under investigation whilst enquiries are ongoing.
A police spokesman said: “The officers are using bikes to in a bid to proactively tackle offences of vehicle crime in and around Leamington and were on targeted patrols at the time of the vehicle being found.”
