A CARE home in Leamington has been given a cash boost.
Morrisons has donated some £16,200 to Castel Froma, which cares for more than 400 people with complex neurological conditions such as brain injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, Parkinson’s disease and Huntington’s disease.
The donation will enable Castel Froma to buy a fully accessible vehicle to transport residents to appointments and take them on day trips.
Marie Bawden, Chief Executive of Castel Froma, said “I would like to thank the Morrisons Foundation on behalf of all of Castel Froma, for their gift.
“This generous donation will enable us to purchase a new accessible vehicle that allows freedom to travel for our residents and their families.
“As a charitable organisation we rely on the generosity of supporters such as the Morrisons Foundation; this is an invaluable gift for our residents and it is greatly received.”
