CCTV images released following masked raid

POLICE are appealing to the public to help identify men in CCTV images following an armed robbery in Warwick.

Masked robbers threatened staff with a blade and stole cash and cigarettes from the Heathcote Co-Op on Cressida Close, at around 6.50am on Monday (January 21).

One robber was believed to be carrying a circular saw.

Staff were locked in a store cupboard for around an hour but no one was hurt in the raid.




Det sgt Gareth Unett said: “As part of the investigation, we have released images of three individuals we would like to speak to in connection with the incident. If you recognise them, please get in touch.

“We are also continuing to appeal for any information from the public, including any dashcam footage, from local motorists who may have driven past the store between 6.30am and 7.30am.”
