The team also operates a number of emergency help points and supporting vulnerable people by alerting authorities and monitoring their welfare until they are attended to.
Warwick District Council’s spokeswoman for community protection Judy Falp said: “I am so pleased to confirm that the council has once again been commended for its high standards of CCTV operation, and my thanks go to the team who work round the clock to keep us all safe.
“This past year has been particularly challenging but they have continued to provide a first class service, especially recently as businesses have opened up and people have returned to our town centres.
“Our residents can rest easy knowing that we are there 24/7, monitoring the district to keep us all safe.”
