Charity music evening raises cash for Help for Heroes

A MUSIC evening in Cubbington raised £550 for Help For Heroes.

The Free and Easy Music evening was held at Cubbington Sports and Social Club in November.

Among those performing were Cripple Creak, The Bad Risks, Under The influence, The Baggy Oak Strugglers, Martin Fardon, Eric Kingdon and Nick Field.

Local businesses donated prizes for the raffle, which included a flying lesson donated by Aeros Flight Training, an espresso maker donated by Sinnso, a flight simulator experience donated by Almat Flying Academy and a ukulele donated by

Express Music of Coventry.

Food for the evening was donated by Trusted Professionals Limited.
