Charlecote Park puts on its autumn display for walkers

AUTUMN colours are on display along the Parkland Walk at Charlecote Park.

The National Trust property’s family-friendly walk provides the ideal opportunity to soak up the sights and sounds of the season.

There are plenty of chances to spot wildlife such as deer, birds and even hares.

Autumn also brings the rut so walkers may hear the bellows and antler clashes of the buck as they compete for the does.

Visitors are advised to keep their distance from the deer. They are wild animals and can be unpredictable, especially during the rutting season.

The mown paths are suitable for big-wheeled buggies.
