A CROWD of some 50 people scattered at Newbold Comyn after police turned up.
The group were listening to music and drinking yesterday evening (Wednesday).
Police say while most ran off seven people were reported for fines for breaching Covid restrictions.
Insp Victoria Duffield-Smith said: “While we are all looking ahead to the steps to ease lockdown, the virus does still pose a real threat and regulations remain in place to protect our communities. We all need to continue to follow the rules to ensure better times ahead.
“We continue to take such breaches extremely seriously due to the possible consequences and where appropriate will not hesitate to take enforcement action against those responsible.”
