DOG owners are being urged to lend a helping paw to The Myton Hospices.
The charity is inviting people and their pets to join the first ever Myton Virtual Dog Show to help raise vital funds to provide services for people with terminal and life limiting illnesses in Coventry and Warwickshire.
There are 12 categories for your four-legged friends to enter, covering everything from cutest pup to top rescue dog. The charity has included a Pooches of the Past category so you can enter in memory of your beloved dogs who are no longer with us and there’s even a CATegory for felines to enter.
To get involved, simply submit a photo or video of your furry friend and select the categories you would like to enter. The winner of each class automatically gets entered in the ‘Best in Show’ category with a chance to be the overall Myton Pawfect Supporter Champion.
Prizes up for grabs, which have been generously donated by local pet stores and supporters, include a £100 Hamper for the Best in Show winner which has been kindly provided by K9 Club.
It costs j£3 per entry, and all entries must be in by Friday August 7. Winners will be announced on Friday August 13.
