Dog who has spent life in kennels needs fur-ever home

A LABRADOR who has spent the last ten years in kennels is looking for her fur-ever home.

Ten-year-old Rosie was first taken to Dogs Trust in Kenilworth when she was a puppy.

And despite a brief period in a happy home, she was soon returned and put back up for adoption.

Now staff are hoping the kind natured dog will be offered a loving home for the rest of her life and have even created a bucket list.

It includes Rosie sitting on a sofa enjoying cuddles with her family, having an 11th birthday party and Christmas day in her own home and going for a day at the beach.

Dogs Trust spokeswoman Jane Hirons said: “Rosie has been at the rehoming centre so long and her affectionate personality has made a big impression on the staff who are very keen to see her find the love she deserves. We have our fingers firmly crossed that she will achieve objective one of her list and find a loving new owner.”
