A DRIVER has been arrested after two passengers were seriously injured during a crash in Wellesbourne.
The 22-year-old was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury through dangerous driving after the car left the road before hitting a parked car and a garage, at around 3.30am on Sunday.
The man was arrested at the scene and two female passengers were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Witnesses reported seeing someone fleeing the scene following the collision and a search is underway to locate the person.
