FIREFIGHTERS were called to a woodland fire in Southam.
The fire was burning among trees near Station Road in Bishops Itchington at around 6.15pm yesterday (August 8).
Two crews arrived from Leamington and Rugby, with some members in a 4×4 vehicle.
Crews spent time damping down and turning over to ensure the blaze was fully out.
The teams have thanked the member of the public who alerted them and waited to guide them to it.
