A HORSE trapped in a ditch full of water had to be rescued by firefighters.
Fire crews and the specialist animal rescue unit were called to Round Lane in Kenilworth at around 7.30am on Tuesday where they found the horse trapped in a ditch.
The animal was freed at around 9am and was seen to by the vet.
