THIS is a bird’s eye view of the project to create a new housing estate in Warwick.

The first phase of the building of 735 new homes on the Myton Green development, alongside Europa Way, is nearing the halfway mark.

Catesby Estates, working in partnership with the Europa Way Consortium, started last June on the development which will include a new tree-lined road linking Europa Way with Gallows Hill.

Avant Homes has already started onsite, with Miller Homes joining next month. A range of houses will be built with the first residents expected to move in this summer.

The completed development will include six play areas, new footpaths and cycleways, along with the planting of trees set in around 20 acres of green open space.
