THEY’RE flushed with success at the Royal Priors.
The Leamington shopping centre is now officially the proud owner of a number of ‘top thrones’ after the customer toilets were awarded platinum grade in the 2017 Loo of the Year Awards.
Centre manager, Gerry McManus, said: ““We work hard to ensure that all aspects of a visit to Royal Priors are of the highest standard and I’m thrilled that our toilets have been recognised.
“It’s quite the achievement to be given the platinum grade as the toilets are assessed against 101 judging criteria so we’re flushed with pride.
“I’d like to thank all of our extremely hard working cleaning staff for ensuring that the toilets in Royal Priors are so well looked after and this grade really goes down to them.
The Loo of the Year Awards recognise the very best in ‘away from home’ toilets with thousands of locations being entered every year, with everything from fixtures and fittings to cleanliness and management being assessed.
All of the toilets are then given a grade of either bronze, silver or gold, with platinum as the ultimate acknowledgement.
