A FORMER gift shop in Kenilworth could be converted into a vintage tea room.
Plans have been submitted to turn Over the Moon in The Square into a tea room serving high tea, sandwiches and coffee.
Officers have yet to decide on whether to approve the proposals to transform the shop’s use to a restaurant and café premises.
