A PUB in Kenilworth could be converted into apartments.
Plans have been submitted to Warwick District Council to convert The Earl on Warwick Road into four apartments.
Developers Espirit Homes Construction says there are already a number of pubs in the surrounding area.
It plans to turn the pub – which closed last February – into one and two bedroom flats.
