FOUR people have been arrested for drug offences following a search at a Warwick property.
Warwickshire Police officers executed a warrant in Brackley Crescent on Tuesday afternoon (August 18) where they seized a quantity of what they believe to be class A drugs, drugs paraphernalia, cash and mobile phones.
Two men aged 25 and 26, and two women aged 23 and 25, were arrested on suspicion of possession of class A drugs with intent to supply. They have been released under investigation.
Det Cons Jamie Ball said: “Today’s warrant was carried out as part of an ongoing investigation following intelligence and information received from the local community.
“We are committed to disrupting the supply of drugs in our county and hope today’s seizure provides reassurance to the public we are working hard to tackle this type of criminality, and will do everything in our power to bring those responsible to justice.
“This warrant is just one example of the initiatives and investigations Warwickshire Police have in place to tackle the issues, and I would urge anyone with concerns about the supply of drugs in their area to please get in touch.”
