Four arrests have been made following suspected poaching at Charlecote Park near Wellesbourne.
Members of Warwickshire Rural Crime Team also seized three shotguns, a large amount of ammunition and trapping equipment, together with a Volkswagen Golf.
The men arrested were from Rugby and Leicestershire and were detained at the scene. Officers are investigating offences under the Game and Firearms Acts.
The team was called to the National Trust cared for property, where legend has it Shakespeare was once caught poaching, on Saturday.
