CHRISTMAS shoppers are being encouraged to Leamington town centre with free car parking.
From 5pm every Thursday there will be free parking in the Covent Garden multi-storey car park.
And at weekends the council office car park at Riverside House on Milverton Hill will be free to park in between 9.30am and 5.30pm.
