Gardens in Hunningham open for the first time in four years

GARDENS in Hunningham will be open to the public again for the first time in four years.

The pandemic prevented the Open Gardens from going ahead in the village for the past two years.

A variety of gardens will be open ranging from one brimming with woodland plants and unusual shrubs and a plant-filled conservatory, to a large partly walled garden and a cottage garden.

Six gardens in total will be open to the public from 12.30pm to 5.30pm over the weekend of May 28 and 29.

The combined entry fee is £6 (children free). There will be home-made cakes and drinks in St Margaret’s Church Parish Room from 1pm both days.
