GHOST hunters have discovered some spooky goings-on at the Lillington Club.

Ghost hunting company Spirits Alive held a paranormal fund-raising investigation at the club, raising some £250 for Warwick Hospital’s children ward.

Investigators unearthed personal message for guests and the group experienced some ghostly activity.

Company director Duncan James said: “We had many messages coming through in the bar area and also within the snooker room. Guests claimed they could see shadows moving in the darkness and whistling noises could be heard on more than one occasion.

“I wanted to hold this event do something for the children’s ward. All of the team have children who have passed through the ward at some point. It was a case of us giving something back for the amazing time and effort the staff gives.”
