CHRISTMAS shopping in Leamington is just the ticket this year.
Late night shopping has begun in Leamington, with retailers opening until 8pm every Thursday in the run up to the big day.
And the town’s annual Golden Ticket competition has also been launched, giving lucky shoppers the chance to win one of 12 prize packages throughout December. More than £3,000 worth of prizes have been donated by town centre businesses, and there will also be a final draw to win the grand prize of £500 worth of jewellery from Peter Stephan Jewellers.
Shoppers can collect Golden Tickets at participating stores, bars and restaurants in the town and return them before 6pm on December 15 to enter.
The competition is being run by BID Leamington to add some extra festive cheer for shoppers during the festive season.
Christmas Parking Angels are also set to return to the town to help shoppers find car parking spaces, offer maps and give advice about what’s on and the Golden Ticket draw.
And festive shoppers can benefit from free parking at the Royal Priors shopping centre on late night Thursdays, running until December 22, after 5pm.
