SPOOKY goings-on at Warwick Castle are on offer for those brave enough this Halloween.

Until Sunday (November 4) the castle will be extending its opening hours until 6pm.

Guests will be able to experience attractions including the House of Wax scare maze inside the castle and the ‘Séance’ attraction – which shares spirits’ stories of life on ‘the other side’.

There are also activities for youngsters such as the Haunted Hollows – complete with spooky woodland trail and the Princess Tower, which has been replaced with the Witches Tower.

Castle head of history Melissa Paniccia said: “This Halloween we’re bringing alive the castle to thrill and spine-chill. With fearsomely fun attractions for all ages ranging from pumpkins to plague-ridden peasants, Halloween is one of the most evocative times for the castle that bristles with the energy of those who’ve lived – and died – here over the centuries.”

The Haunted Castle costs from £20 per person for daytime entrance and from £18 per person from 5pm. Some attractions cost an additional fee.
