A HEALTH education charity based In Leamington has launched a Christmas appeal.
Thare Machi Education are urging residents to help them continue their life-saving work in developing countries.
The charity creates dvds in more than 60 languages which teach people living in poverty how to stay healthy and protect themselves from disease.
But one of the two dvd machines which produces the discs needs to be replaced, prompting the charity to launch its festive appeal to raise £4,000.
A spokeswoman for the charity said: “Your gift to our appeal means more men, women and children will have the opportunity to view our life-saving lessons, and the chance to stay well and strong so that they can live fuller, healthier lives.”
