A HERITAGE walk around Leamington stepped up support for two life-giving charities.
Leamington mayor Heather Calver hosted the fund-raising walk to raise funds for her chosen charities the Head and Neck Cancer Foundation and Mencap Valley Road Respite Centre.
The walk, which included a vintage tea party along with a talk from the Leamington History Group, raised over £600.
Coun Calver said: “It was a fantastic afternoon and I was overwhelmed by the amount of support we received to this sell-out event.
“I would like to thank our guides Barry and Michael who made it such a treat for all those who attended.
“Also, thanks go to everyone that bought tickets to support the event and whose kindness will see this money going to such worthwhile causes.”
