ROADS around Kenilworth are expected to be ‘exceptionally busy’ as the horse fair rolls into town.
The horse fair is taking place this weekend (September 29 and 30) and Warwick District Council says drivers should expect delays on the roads.
Police will be carrying out extra patrols while the event is on.
