THE PROPERTY market would certainly appear to be hot in Leamington.
It took just four hours for all eight apartments in a new Leamington development Park House to sell, and that was before they were even finished.
The development on Avenue Road, designed by Warwick firm, Space GK, includes eight one and two bedroom apartments, including two duplexes and one rooftop penthouse.
The apartments priced between £195,000 and £380,000, include state of the art kitchens and bathrooms complete with underfloor heating.
All eight were sold to private buyers by property agent ehB Residential, who believed high specification and the attention to detail was among reasons they sold out so quickly.
Spokesman Edward Bromich said: “They have not only created eight high-quality apartments, but they have also put a lot of
work into restoring the building’s architectural character. This has been achieved by looking at old photographs to return the building to its former self while ensuring it compliments other buildings in Avenue Road.
“Leamington has a thriving property market, with a particular demand for high quality homes, and this was demonstrated by the ability to sell all of the apartments in such a short space of time.”
