INDUSTRIAL noise is set to scupper plans for 29 new homes in Warwick.
Developers are looking to build the homes on the old Tamlea Building premises on Nelson Lane.
But concern has been raised about the possible disturbance to residents of the new homes from neighbouring industry.
Extra pressure on everything from roads to local schools has also raised concern.
Warwick District Council planning committee has been recommended to refuse permission when it considers the application on Tuesday.
