Jailed burglar traced by fingerprint at the crime scene

A WARWICK burglar has been jailed after he was traced by a single fingerprint.

Daniel Cox, of Millbank, Warwick was sentenced at Warwick Crown Court on Friday  (September 25) to two-and-a-half years in prison.

The 38-year-old pleaded guilty to a burglary after breaking into a garage at a property in Woodcote Road and stealing a bike.

Officers arrested Cox later in the month after he was identified from a fingerprint left at the scene.
